The 11th annual Toronto International Outrigger Challenge is set to go with two days of competitive racing and fun on August 15 and 16 at the Toronto Sailing and Canoe Club. This event will challenge an international field of outrigger canoe, kayak, and surfski paddlers in a 23km+ course around Toronto Island, returning to Toronto Sailing and Canoe Club.
